- Environmental Quality, Overseas Installation: Kadena Air Base, Japan
- Sustainability, Non-Industrial Installation: Eglin Air Force Base, Florida
- Sustainability, Individual/Team: Moody Environmental Management Team, Moody Air Force Base, Georgia
- Environmental Restoration, Installation: Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico
- Cultural Resources Management, Small Installation: Defense Supply Center Richmond, Virginia
- Cultural Resources Management, Individual/Team: 718th Cultural Resources Management Team, Kadena Air Base, Japan
- Environmental Excellence in Weapon Systems Acquisition, Individual/Team: Mr. David J. Asiello, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Environmental Management and Restoration
