BRAC Summary: Close the Army Reserve Adrian B. Rhodes Armed Forces Reserve Center in Wilmington, NC, close the Rock Hill Armed Forces Reserve Center in Rock Hill, SC, close the Niven Armed Forces Reserve Center in Albermarle, NC, and relocate all Army and Navy units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) and Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) in Wilmington, NC, if the Army is able to acquire suitable land for the construction of the facilities.

Property Description: 4.44 acres and five permanent structures; a training building (11,568 sf) and an OMS (1,296 sf), a unit storage building, a HAZMAT shed and a potentially polluting materials (PPM) shed.
