BRAC Summary: Close the United States Army Reserve Center, Allen Hall near Tucson, AZ, and the Area Maintenance Support Activity 18 on Fort Huachuca, AZ by relocating all units from the closed facilities to an Armed Forces Reserve Center and maintenance facility on the Arizona Army National Guard Silverbell Army Heliport/Pinal Air Park in Marana, AZ, if the Army is able to acquire suitable land for the construction of the facilities.

Property Description: The USARC is situated on approximately 3.56 acres of land with three permanent buildings: a 29,310 USAR Center building, a 3,650 sf Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) and a small storage building.
