BRAC Summary: Close the Desiderio United States Army Reserve Center, Pasadena, CA, the Schroeder Hall United States Army Reserve Center, Long Beach, CA, the Hazard Park United States Army Reserve Center, Los Angeles, CA, and relocate units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on property being transferred to the Army Reserve from the General Services Administration at Bell, CA. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate California National Guard Units from the following California ARNG Readiness Centers: Bell, and Montebello, if the state decides to relocate those National Guard units.

Property Description: The USARC was on 4.0 acres of land and included three buildings: a 30,288 sf administration/training building, a 6,098 sf OMS and a 1,842 sf storage building.
