BRAC Summary: Close the Desiderio United States Army Reserve Center, Pasadena, CA, the Schroeder Hall United States Army Reserve Center, Long Beach, CA, the Hazard Park United States Army Reserve Center, Los Angeles, CA, and relocate units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on property being transferred to the Army Reserve from the General Services Administration at Bell, CA. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate California National Guard Units from the following California ARNG Readiness Centers: Bell, and Montebello, if the state decides to relocate those National Guard units.

Property Description: The USARC is situated on approximately 5.5 acres of land with two permanent structures: a 22,520 sf USAR Center administration building and a 3,663 sf OMS building.
