BRAC Summary: Close US Army Reserve Center Faribault, MN, and relocate units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center at Faribault Industrial Park if the Army is able to acquire suitable land for the construction of the facilities. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate units from the Faribault Minnesota Army National Guard Armory if the state decides to relocate those units.

Property Description: The center was located on 5.50 acres of land. There are three permanent structures, a 12,745 sf administrative building, a 2,558 sf OMS, and a 16,934 sf Area Maintenance Support Activity which was constructed in 1977.
