BRAC Summary: Close the Nelson Brittin Army Reserve Center in Camden, NJ, and relocate units to a new consolidated Armed Forces Reserve Center in Camden, NJ, if the Army can acquire suitable land for the construction of the new facilities. The New AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate units from the New Jersey ARNG Armory, Burlington, if the state decides to relocate those units.

Property Description: Located on a 7.7 acre parcel on a main Camden County highway. The site contains two permanent structures, the USAR Center and an OMS (both totaling 32,618 sf), and three parking lots.
