BRAC Summary: Close Fort Lawton by disestablishing the 70th Regional Readiness Command, relocate all other units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on Fort Lewis, WA, and establish a Maneuver Enhancement Brigade.

Property Description: The site is situated on 33.96 acres. The Fort Lawton Reserve Center (FLARC) is 73,400 sf, the OMS is 8,100 sf, Leisy Hall is 67,700 sf, the area maintenance support activity is 6,400 sf and Harvey Hall is 33,000 sf.
