Property Description: NIKE Battery Kansas City 30 (NIKE KC-30) was located five miles northeast of Pleasant Hill, MO, approximately 35 miles southeast of Kansas City.
Aboveground facilities consisted of two barracks, a mess hall, maintenance facilities, launch facilities, and an administration building. The site included underground magazines for
missile storage. The site was comprised of approximately 24 acres at the time of closure.
