Property Description: The Detroit Arsenal Tank Plant (DATP) was located in the City of Warren, Macomb County, MI, approximately three miles north of the Detroit city limits and eight miles west of Lake St. Clair. DATP occupied approximately 152 acres of the eastern portion of Detroit Arsenal. The facility measured over a million square feet.
