Property Description: The Pontiac Storage Facility (PSF) was located in the southeastern corner of the City of Pontiac, MI in Oakland County, approximately 25 miles northwest of
downtown Detroit and 22 miles northwest of the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Command (TACOM) in Warren, MI. PSF consisted of three buildings and a guard shack situated on 29 acres. The
main facility consisted of seven sections, occupying 14 acres, and was composed of approximately 600,000 square feet of internal storage space.
