Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know (EPCRA) and Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Reporting is a four-day webinar course (approximately 5 hours per day) emphasizing emergency planning, emergency release notification, MSDS reporting requirements, Tier I/Tier II reporting requirements, toxic chemical release reporting and information required for EPCRA compliance.

This 4 day Webinar (approximately 5 hours per day, 0730-1230 Pacific) is delivered via DCOII which can be accessed via the “Four-day Course” link above; active only when the scheduled webinar is in session.

Supplemental refresher workshop webinars will also be offered. The Section 311/312 Refresher and the Section 313 Refresher are single days (approximately 5 hours per day, 0730-1230 Pacific). Refreshers will be available to attendees of the full course approximately 2 months prior to the respective reporting deadlines and will serve as a forum for the participant to have all of their installation specific EPCRA issues addressed.

Participants must register via the “Course Registration” button above. Please ensure you identify which webinar date you want to participate in. Logon/dial-in information will be provided to you about one week prior to the start date. If there are not enough individuals to conduct a live class, you may be deferred to the recordings mentioned below. During the day of the class the “Four-Day Webinar” button can be used to easily access the event; however ensure that you utilize the guidance emailed to you as well. Again refreshers will only be available to those that complete the full 4 day class.
