BRAC Summary: Close the Army Reserve Equipment Concentration Site (ECS), Barling, AR, and relocate units to a new Joint Maintenance Facility on Fort Chaffee, AR.

Property Description: The ECS #15 encompassed 39.32 acres of land and has five permanent structures: the 29,337 sf of administrative offices and vehicle maintenance shops; 38,934 sf of warehouse space for parts and equipment; a roofed, concrete-floored vehicle wash rack and two 126 sf concrete-floored and bermed chemical storage buildings.
