BRAC Summary: Close the Stone United States Army Reserve Center, Pine Bluff, AR, and re-locate units into a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate Arkansas National Guard units from the Arkansas Army National Guard Readiness Center, Pine Bluff if the state decides to relocate those National Guard units.

Property Description: The USARC was on 4.85 acres of land with two permanent structures: a 15,193 sf administrative building and a 3,171 sf OMS.
