BRAC Summary: Close the United States Army Reserve Center, Hot Springs, AR, and the United States Army Reserve Organizational Maintenance Activity (OMS), Malvern, AR, and relocate units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on property located in Hot Springs, AR, if the Army is able to acquire suitable land for the construction of the facilities.

Property Description: The USARC is on 1.43 acres of land with three permanent structures: a 34,632 sf Administration Building, a 36 sf flammable materials storage structure, and a 108 sf hazardous materials storage building.
