BRAC Summary: Close the United States Army Reserve Center, Hot Springs, AR, and the United States Army Reserve Organizational Maintenance Activity (OMS), Malvern, AR, and relocate units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on property located in Hot Springs, AR, if the Army is able to acquire suitable land for the construction of the facilities.

Property Description: The OMS was on 8.0 acres of partially developed land with two permanent structures: a 4,320 sf OMS building and a City of Malvern water storage tank.
