BRAC Summary: Close Fort Holabird. The Commission found Fort Holabird to be excess to the needs of the Army.

Property Description: Fort Holabird was located in the southeast corner of Baltimore, MD. At one point, it included approximately 350 acres and 286 buildings. By the time of the 1988 BRAC round, Fort Holabird consisted of three parcels totaling approximately 20 acres.
