BRAC Summary: The Commission recommends the partial closure and realignment of Fort Meade and Fort Holabird, and the realignment of Fort Devens. The activities of the Criminal Investigation Command (CIDC) currently located at Fort Meade and at Fort Holabird will be realigned to Fort Belvoir.

Property Description: Fort Holabird was located in the southeast corner of Baltimore, MD. At one point, it included approximately 350 acres and 286 buildings. By the time of the 1988 BRAC round, Fort Holabird consisted of three parcels totaling approximately 20 acres.
