BRAC Summary: Close the United States Army Reserve Center and Army Maintenance Support Activity, Niagara Falls, NY, and construct a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on the existing site in Niagara Falls, NY. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate the NY National Guard units from the Niagara Falls Readiness Center if the state of New York decides to relocate those National Guard units.

Property Description: This facility provides a 600-soldier training facility with a 106,391 square foot AFRC with administrative, educational, assembly, library, learning center, vault, weapons simulator, and physical fitness areas for thirteen Army Reserve units and one New York Army National Guard unit.
