BRAC Summary: Close the United States Army Reserve Center and Army Maintenance Support Activity, Niagara Falls, NY, and construct a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on the existing site in Niagara Falls, NY. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate the NY National Guard units from the Niagara Falls Readiness Center if the state of New York decides to relocate those National Guard units.

Property Description: Located on 21.87 acres and has eleven permanent structures totaling 179K sf and three parking/equipment storage areas. The largest building is a former hanger of 85,500 sf.
