BRAC Summary: Close the United States Army Reserve Center, Stewart-Newburg, NY, and relocate units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on Stewart Army Sub Post adjacent to Stewart Air National Guard Base, NY. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate New York National Guard units from the Readiness Center at Newburg, NY, if the state of New York decides to relocate those National Guard units.

Property Description: Located on 17.48 acres of land with five permanent structures on two different parcels. Parcel #1 contains the 20,370 sf AMSA, 1,920 sf OMS, 4,024 sf storage building, and 6,706 sf AMSA garage. Parcel #2 contains the 38,514 sf USAR Center building.
