BRAC Summary: Close Vint Hill Farms. Relocate the maintenance and repair function of the Intelligence Material Management Center (IMMC) to Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA. Transfer the remaining elements of IMMC, the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Directorate (formerly the Signal Warfare Directorate), and the program executive officer (PEO) for Intelligence and Electronic Warfare (IEW) to Fort Monmouth, NJ.

Property Description: Vint Hill Farms Station (VHFS) was located approximately 10 miles northeast of Warrenton in Fauquier County, VA. At the time of closure, it comprised 696 acres.
