BRAC Summary: Close the USARC and Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS) in Middletown; the SGT Libby USARC and OMS in New Haven; the Army Reserve Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) #69 in Milford and relocate units to a new AFRC, OMS and AMSA in Middletown, CT.

Property Description: This on-going project will provide twenty five acres of land and a 1,000-soldierm training facility with 164,007 square feet capacity for administrative, educational, assembly, library, learning center, vault, weapons simulator, and physical fitness areas for thirteen Army Reserve units and seven CTARNG units. The 24,979 square foot Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) and Organizational Maintenance Shop will provide work bays and maintenance administrative support. The project will also provide adequate parking space for all military and privately-owned vehicles.
