BRAC Summary: The East Windsor Army Family Housing Site was constructed in 1958 to support the adjacent NIKE missile battery. In 1971, the missile site was closed and the property converted into a USAR Reserve Center. Fort Devens provided installation oversight through closure and property disposal. The housing site was closed in 1990.

Property Description: The housing site was located on 4.00 acres of land in East Windsor, Hartford County, CT. It consisted of 16 “Capehart”-style single-family housing units: seven two-bedroom units and nine three-bedroom units.
