BRAC Summary: The Monroeville Army Family Housing Site was constructed in 1958 to support the adjacent NIKE missile battery. After the missile site was deactivated in the early 1970s, the housing site was retained for use by active duty personnel in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Charles Kelly Support Facility and Fort Meade provided installation oversight. The housing site was closed in 1991.

Property Description: The housing site was located on 8.43 acres of land in Monroeville, Allegheny County, PA. It consisted of 12 “Capehart”-style single-family housing units.
