BRAC Summary: Close Charles Kelly Support Center and relocate units to Pitt US Army Reserve Center, Coraopolis, PA. The Commission also notes that DoW (formerly DoD) will address the further requirements for the commissary and exchange at the Kelly Support Center after the BRAC recommendations are approved and the effects on the area population can be assessed.

Property Description: The facility is located in three geographically separated locations: Main Post, Site 62, and Neville Island. The Main Post area, located between Oakdale and Rennerdale in Collier Township, consists of 114.76 acres and 228,504 sf of building space. Site 62 is located west of the village of Presto in Collier Township and consists of 16.55 acres and 15,208 sf of building space. The Neville Island Maintenance Facility is located east of I-79 on the eastern half of Neville Island and consists of 15.1 acres and 55,359 sf of building space.
