BRAC Summary: Close the Roque O Segura United States Army Reserve Center, El Paso, Texas, the Benavidez United States Army Reserve Center, El Paso, Texas, the United States Army Reserve Center #3, Fort Bliss, Texas and the McGregor Range United States Army Reserve Center and Equipment Concentration Site, Fort Bliss New Mexico and relocate units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center with a Consolidated Equipment Concentration Site and Maintenance Facility on Fort Bliss Texas. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate Texas Army National Guard Units from the following Texas ARNG Readiness centers: Fort Bliss and Hondo Pass in El Paso, Texas, if the state decides to relocate those National Guard units.
