BRAC Summary: Close the United States Army Reserve Center, Alice, TX, and the United States Army Reserve Center, NAS Kingsville, TX, and relocate units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on NAS Kingsville, TX, if the Army determines the property is suitable for construction. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate Texas National Guard Units from the following Texas ARNG Readiness Centers: Alice and Kingsville, TX, if the state decides to relocate those National Guard units.

Property Description: The USAR facilities were on 2.0 acres of land with one permanent structure: a 6,152 sf building and use of a floor of a second building.
