Houston, TX, if the Army is able to acquire land suitable for the construction of the facilities. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate Texas National Guard Units from the
following Texas ARNG Readiness Centers: Baytown, Pasadena, and Ellington Field, TX, and the Texas Army National Guard Field Maintenance Shop located on Ellington Field, TX, if the state
decides to relocate those National Guard units.
Property Description: The USARC was on 4.14 acres of land and includes two permanent buildings: a 22,177 sf training building and a 6,087 sf OMS.
