BRAC Summary: Close the Miller United States Army Reserve Center, Huntsville, TX, and relocate units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center in Huntsville, TX, if the Army is able to acquire suitable land for the construction of the facilities. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate Texas National Guard Units from the Texas ARNG Readiness Center in Huntsville, TX, if the state decides to relocate those National Guard units.

Property Description: The site includes 2.96 acres of land and four permanent buildings: a 7,395-sf training building, a 1,638 sf organizational maintenance shop, a 240 sf smoking shelter, and a 120 sf smoking shelter.
