BRAC Summary: Close the Watts-Guillot United States Army Reserve Center, Texarkana, TX, and realign the Hooks Army Reserve Center on Red River Army Depot by relocating units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on or in the vicinity of Red River Army Depot, TX. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate Texas National Guard Units from the following Texas ARNG Readiness Centers: Atlanta, and Texarkana, if the state decides to relocate those National Guard units.

Property Description: The USARC is on approximately 7 acres of land with a storage shed and two permanent buildings: an 11,326 sf training building and a 2,638 sf OMS.
