BRAC Summary: Close the Herzog United States Army Reserve Center, Dallas, TX, and relocate units to a new Armed Forces Reserve Center on the existing Grand Prairie Reserve Complex, Grand Prairie, TX. Realign the 490th Civil Affairs Battalion from the Grimes United States Army Reserve Center and relocate the unit into the new AFRC. The new AFRC shall have the capability to accommodate Texas National Guard Units from the following Texas ARNG Readiness Centers: Arlington, TX, and California Crossing, TX, if the state decides to relocate those National Guard units.

Property Description: The USARC was on 5.51 acres of land with two permanent structures: the 42,767 sf administration building and the 6,363 sf OMS.
